Refund Policy - the basics
2.1 Cancellations by Clients
If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, we require a minimum of 48 hours' notice prior to your scheduled appointment. The following refund terms apply:

More than 48 hours' notice: Full refund or rescheduling at no extra charge.

Less than 48 hours' notice: 50% refund or rescheduling with a rebooking fee.

Less than 24 hours' notice or no-show: No refund will be provided.
2.2 Cancellations by The Mess Whisperer
In rare cases where we need to cancel or reschedule a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide either:

4. Non-Refundable Services
